About the holiday home

A wonderful coastal house with beautiful details and sea view in many directions, located in the lovely town of Åskloster, about 14 km north of Varberg.

Plenty of space both inside and outside with several terraces from where you can enjoy the surroundings. At a height in the garden there is a small wooden deck, perfect to sit and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee in quiet and peace while overlooking the sea. NOTE: Information about garbage disposal is available in the house.

This holiday home is light and airy, with a beautifully decorated conservatory by the kitchen. The spacious dining area offers you to gather and have a good meal together and socialize regardless of the weather. There is a TV that is used as a screen if you for example wish to plug in your computer, but there are no channels.

In the living room you have a cozy wood burning stove which gives a pleasant atmosphere during the more chilly and rainy days. The bedrooms are three in a row in a stair with duplex. In total there are four bedrooms, the first one is slightly larger and located on the lower level with own entrance.

The kitchen has its own exit to a smaller patio, perfect for a nice summer breakfast. Please note that this is an older house and therefore the floor may be drafty. The elements are not to be used, but there is an air heat pump.

The house is mainly suitable for stays during the warmer months, i.e. around April-October, since it is not heated when not in use and it can take around 2 hours to heat up with the air heat pump and the stove. Therefore, you have to think about arriving in good time so that you have time to warm it up before the night.

The holiday home is located at the end of a street, so here is no transit traffic, it is a calm and quiet area. Welcome to a lovely holiday home in gorgeous settings on the west coast!

Good to know: Pets are not allowed to roam the plot. All neighbors have dogs, one of which has a dog that barks at other animals.
