Modern first quality villa located in the quiet beach area of Son Serra de Marina, in the north of Mallorca.

The interior of the house is distributed over three floors: on the main floor, we find a spacious living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor we find the master bedroom with bathroom en suite with two Hydro massage showers together; In addition to another double bedroom, a bathroom and an office. The garage, in addition to a gym for private use for the client, and another bathroom with shower, are found on the lower floor. The decoration and the furniture of the house is highly elegant, modern and luxurious.

Outside the house there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a small garden and a fully furnished terrace with sea views. The beach is only 50 meters from the house.

Amenities: barbecue, satellite TV, WIFI internet, gym, garage, swimming pool, air conditioning, under floor heating, safe, dryer, kettle, coffee maker, office and portable speaker.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
