All the corners of this property, either inside or outside, emanate a great and special character and charm thanks to the rustic style of the natural stone and the pure beauty of the mountain right in the plot as you can see in the terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a good barbecue when the sun sets. You will also find 4 sun loungers available in case you want to spend the day basking in the sun while admiring the mountain views.

When you enter, you find a beautiful and spacious living room with AC where you can chat all together, rest or watch the satellite TV. Behind a beautiful door you access the dining kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the needed utensils to cook, as well as a great table with chairs to enjoy your meals all together, AC and direct access to the terrace. Right here you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. A shower bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed -with fan, wardrobe and a radiator-, complete the main floor. On the first floor, apart from a second little sitting room and a bathroom with a tub, you will find the other three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, a closet and AC. In case you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

Caimari highlights thanks to its charm, peace and romanticism due to its location at the foot of the mountains. Views are nice and beautiful and invite to take long walks around to know the essence and nature of Mallorca. It is ideal for those who look for family places where everybody knows everybody and where you only can enjoy a coffee or dinner in the bar at the town centre and acquire some goods in the small grocery shop. However, just 5 to 10 minutes away by car you reach Inca, with all services. If you feel like going to the beach, Puerto de Alcúdia is only 26.7 km away, offering amazing white sand and crystalline water. You can also stay in the mountain range and visit the incomparable coves of Cala Tuent or sa Calobra. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
