Puntallana is a dispersed settlement on the eastern side of the island, which consists of five districts and extends over nine hills in the middle of a gentle terraced landscape. In the district of La Galga - five kilometers from Puntallana - you will find not only a popular excursion restaurant with a view point, but also some bakeries where you can buy the traditional sweets of the island. On the coast below El Granel is the 400 meter long beach of Nogales. The fine black sand in front of the imposing cliff is an amazing sight in itself. The beach is only accessible on foot - it is signposted from Puntallana. However, due to the strong current, swimming here is not completely safe.

Activities nearby: The capital Santa Cruz de la Palma is just a few kilometers from your accommodation. There you can visit the shopping street Calle O & lsquo; Daly, a major attraction for all shoppers. Here you will find modern boutiques, old Spanish houses and above all many cafes and tapas bars that invite you for a typical snack with a Canarian atmosphere. A trip to the castle of Santa Catalina is also worthwhile. From here you have a fantastic view over the city and the varied landscape of La Palma. La Palma is also a true paradise for hikers. Numerous signposted hiking trails and the wide range of guided tours through untouched nature provide real enthusiasm.

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
