This holiday home is in St Josep de sa Talaia Balearic Islands. It is ideal for families or groups. This home has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols that offers the perfect relaxing holiday.

The nearest restaurant and supermarkets are 10 m from the home. Natural Park Ses Salines is 100 m away. The sea is just 100 m if you wish to watch the sunset or the sunrise.

A spacious terrace provides scenic views of the surroundings. A private garden with garden furniture is perfect for enjoying barbecued evening with your dear ones. Air conditioning in the dining room and 2-bedroom is in place for a comfortable stay. Your car will be parked in a closed area that has an electric gate opening. There is a local tax, ecotax, for which each visitor to the island must pay € 2.20 per person and night (except under 14 years of age). On the roads of Ibiza, there are containers enabled to collect rubbish. Please maintain the tranquility and no loud music allowed at night.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
