“Basically a lovely house. A bit remote, with a beautiful view of the old city. Nice big swimming pool and lots of space in the garden to kick a ball around for example. The house itself is a bit outdated, but that was not a problem for us. We did have trouble with no water twice (it was because of the nice toilet we understand), which the host looked into fairly quickly. And every morning you are worked by the rooster.. so if you wake up quickly to noise, I would bring earplugs :-)”

“Negatives Unfortunately this was not the best stay. The electricity went off and on periodically and the water went off atleast once a day, both things were very inconvenient as we were 6 adults with 3 children under 2 years of age. Owner had to be called twice to get water back on until.we figured out ourselves it was an old pump unit that kept cutting out that we had to reset to get the pressure back. No idea about the electricity issues. Couldn't use the outside area at night as plagued by mosquitos, absolutely bitten to pieces. Probably just unlucky with the time of the year and the unusually high temperature and nightly humidity. No parasols for sunloungers. No shade at the pool area. Charged extra for towels and bed linen per person, expected basics like this to be included in a luxury villa. Have had part of our damage deposit withheld for 'moving ornaments' we moved things off the bottom shelves to the top shelves to stop the children braking them. We broke nothing and the Villa was tidy and clean on our check out, the strangest reason I have ever come across for withholding a damage deposit. Positives - The villa is a beautiful old finca style with amazing views of Dalt Vila, location is very close to a large Lidl and next door to Casa Maca hotel. Very easy to reach all parts of the island from the villa. 100% need a decent car to get up and down the hill. Very quiet peaceful location. Owner provided 3 baby cots upon request. Summary - When paying a significant amount to rent a villa for 10 days you expect basics like electricity, water, towels and bed linen to be working and included. The withholding of part of the damage deposit for a ridiculous reason has also left a bad taste. We would not stay again.”

“A beautiful house close to Ibiza town. The house is spacious, neat and quiet. The house is perfect for 3 couples. You do miss a good coffee machine in the kitchen and the crockery is also limited for 6 people. We had booked including towels and bed linen. This is fine, but it won't last. The garden, the swimming pool, the outdoor bbq and the great view of Ibiza town more than make up for the small downsides to the house!! And for good coffee and a good breakfast you can go to the beautiful hotel next to the house. In short; the house is highly recommended and next time we would book this house again.”

“Super satisfied, the villa is excellent, the view something phew. We spend a week in the beautiful city. Not far from the center, different beach. Of course you need a car or take the bus that it is a 10min walk which passes all 30min. to € 1.80. the supermarket not far 6min drive. \\ R \\ NDU there wifi in the villa \\ r \\ n \\ r \\ nThe negative points on the villa: \\ r \\ n In one room bathroom which also lacks a door separ bedroom and bathroom . \\ r \\ n Cutlery are not enough.”

“Lovely long weekend was Ramon Palau in Can. Beautiful pool and large garden. House is centrally located island and has beautiful views of old town of Ibiza. You can hear traffic in the distance and rooster / chicken in the morning!”

“location is 10 meters perfect.op nice hotel where we had breakfast every day. must rest with all cars. we were with six friends and all done with taxis. to do good and prices are not so bad. after ibiza town costs 15 euros. a must for everyone”

“We are a group of 8 friends on a holiday in this villa. The area in and around the house with beautiful lawn and beautiful pool is the biggest advantage, the view is really a thick icing on the cake. There is also a nice covered porch plus extra cozy place to barbering queen and after enjoying a beautiful summer evening. The price performance ratio is excellent. If there are disadvantages to mention, we find negligible all we would advise to take. What insect repellent There are at sunset because more mosquitoes than normal. If you consider going with four sets then the room layout is not optimal, there are two bathrooms, one with no door, and three bedrooms. The bedroom with bathroom without a door you sleep with the four. That was no issue for all of us, so for groups of friends an ideal holiday destination! Very nice plus is the presence of a small hotel just elevated that can cater meals in the villa -).”

“We were with 8 friends in this villa, very satisfied! Perfect location, 5 min from the city car. Spacious rooms, nicely cleaned. Only a somewhat outdated kitchen where a coffee machine and kettle were missing. You are missing out on the top floor have a bathroom door, which is open space adjacent to the bedrooms. Separate toilets would be fine, they are both in the bathroom. The garden and pool are beautiful with great views of Ibiza town. Furthermore the house offers plenty of privacy and every morning the pool cleaned.”

The house is secluded and gives it all the peace and space to escape the festivities while you are traveling by car or taxi in the city center within 10 minutes. “We have a very nice holiday in Ibiza had in this villa. The woman handed the key was flexible with time and relaxed. We could immediately upon arrival at check in and we were able to arrange a time. R nThe villa was well maintained. Beautiful garden and large swimming pool which was kept clean. Private driveway with automatic gate and garden was tightly closed with a fence. R nThe beds were a little hard, there were seven real beds, 1 folding bed and one that could be from. Pushed under another bed r nThe villa was very near Ibiza town. It was quite a find which exit and then we had to take a few bumpy roads, but then you have great views over the city!”

“Great Villa, totally awesome, everything was perfectly clean, large rooms, several outdoor terraces also with outdoor BBQ, large living room, spacious kitchen and fully equipped, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, etc, etc.. . . even a laundry room with washing machine (very useful for small children, who once again have tampered). 2 large bathrooms. Nice large and clean pool (very deep, so be careful with small children) beautiful large garden and wonderful views of Ibiza stad.We were two families, (3 small children 2,4 and 6 years) and Grandpa and Grandma, total 9 people because we car "s had rented the house on his own to drive, I had previously in Google Earth route completely mapped, fortunately, otherwise we would never gevonden.Tip: if you go to this villa, follow the signs of hotel "Trull". Only 10 minutes drive to center of Ibiza town and the vliegveld.We have a great holiday thanks to the fantastic villa!”

“In September, with group of friends rented the villa. Quiet location in the mountains, yet 5 minutes from a supermarket and 10 minutes from downtown Evissa. Centrally located on the island. Friendly owner. Beautiful villa with luxurious, spacious bathrooms, large kitchen and plenty of terraces around the villa and veranda 's to eat.
