The luxury villa in Maspalomas is the perfect home for your vacation in the Canary Islands. It offers enough space for 6 people and is perfectly equipped. From your bedroom you have direct access to the garden and the private outdoor swimming pool (heated). This dreamy holiday home is very cozy and impresses with bright rooms. This exclusive residential complex on the edge of the golf resort originated in a unique landscape in the mountains of Maspalomas. In the immediate vicinity you can do daily shopping in the supermarket and in a restaurant you will be spoiled culinary. The popular tourist centers of Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles can be reached in less than ten minutes by car. Guests of the villas can use the North and South Golf course. The South Golf Course (18 holes) has a par of 71 strokes over a length of 6.112 m, the north (18 hole) golf course has a length of 5,524 m and a par of 72 strokes. Villagasts receive a green fee discount.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
