Here you first take the lift to the third floor and then to the apartment with a great sea view. There you will find a lot of space and light, lovingly furnished rooms. A comfortably furnished balcony invites you to relax on mild summer evenings. The apartment complex is just 100 meters from the beach and a bar, a restaurant and shops are also within walking distance. Until a few years ago, Arguineguín was just a fishing village and has managed to maintain its original charm and authenticity. These include the fishing port, various fish restaurants and lively bars in the harbor, which are mainly visited by fishermen. However, every Tuesday it will be busy in the city, because then the largest market of the island takes place here. A beautiful coastal promenade connects Arguineguín with the beaches and bays of Patalavaca. The convenient wind from the Atlantic Ocean and the warm water offer excellent conditions for all kinds of water sports on the island all year round. There are tours available to spot whales, sail, windsurfing, deep sea fishing and many other activities.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
