About the holiday home

This magnificent house is in the heart of Catalonia, where tranquillity and comfort combine to offer you an unforgettable holiday. It is built in the style of the Catalan country houses, maintaining the typical architecture of the area, where all the details have been carefully thought out for you.
You can dive into our spectacular 10x5m swimming pool, sunbathe, and enjoy moments of relaxation on our picturesque porch, all with views of the garden where we guarantee you wonderful evenings with family or friends.

And of course, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy a delicious barbecue in our large garden, it will be an experience.

Our house is located in a safe and quiet area, with privacy, within an urbanization with a golf course, making it an ideal place for golf lovers and for those looking to disconnect from the daily routine.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

“We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful house. The property is very large and very well maintained. It must also be said that the house was very clean. The owner of the house Albert is an incredibly polite and courteous person. He makes every effort to ensure that his guests have a wonderful holiday in his house. The house is well equipped with everything you need and much more. The property is located on a very quiet street and is built in a gated and guarded area. You don"t have to worry about security as the security service regularly patrols at night. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this villa.”

The town of Perelada is at walking distance, including the local wine. The beach is 20 min from the house. The hosts gave us some recommendations about towns to visit and good restaurants.
