Spend days relaxing on the beach, about 100 m away, or visit the pleasant centre of Moraira (1 km) with numerous nice shops and cafes. The enthusiast can hit a ball at the nearby golf course Club Golf Ifach, 2.2 km from the property. The various coastal cities on Costa Blanca are also worthwhile.

Prepare your favourite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy a joint lunch at the dining table in the living room. Air conditioning is available for cooling on hot summer days and the private terrace is the ideal place for a relaxing afternoon with a drink in the sun.

The holiday home has been furnished with great care and the owner appreciates that it is treated in the same way.

Beach towels are not included
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
In the garden you can hear the traffic
This holiday home is not adapted to people with limited mobility
To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 30 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay.
We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred.
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
