This contemporary villa in L'Alfàs del Pi has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a small family or friends. Located close to a beach, it features a private pool, barbecue and terrace for spending your Spanish winters in style.



If you want to taste authentic Spanish cuisines, then the nearest restaurants is just 150 m away. Daily supplies can also be obtained at the supermarket (150 m) nearby. Town centre where nightlife can be enjoyed is at 250 m. The sea, the beach, water sports and all necessary facilities such as banks, bike rentals etc. is just 500 m away from the villa. The Golf course is also 1.5 km away, where you can go to enjoy the game of golf.



The air-conditioned villa features a living cum dining room with TV, fireplace and seating area apart from a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a private pool, barbecue on the terrace and garden with furniture for you to stay active or relax as you wish. Cot and high chair is available on request. Hair dryer, iron, insect screens are also there for guests’ convenience. Parking is on-site.



While the nearest motorway is just 6 km away for easy accessibility, the nearest airport is 45 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
