The resort offers modern holiday cottages with a private sauna in an excellent location (close to the beach, quiet neighborhood). Each house has a terrace and a private garden. Children can have fun in the small playground.
Comfortable, two-story houses with air conditioning (with cooling and heating functions). They provide comfortable rest for 8 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine) and a private sauna. There is a second bedroom upstairs. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture, a screen and deckchairs. Wireless internet is available. Towels available on request (extra charge).
On the fenced property there is a playground for children (sandbox, swing, slide). There is one parking space for each cottage.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, water consumption, internet, 1 parking space.
The excellent location allows direct and quick access to the wonderful and wide beach. There is also the longest bicycle path in Poland (R-10) just 100 meters from the holiday resort. The neighboring city of Kołobrzeg is also a great place to take advantage of many attractions and can be reached by bicycle path, public transport or car.
Grzybowo is a seaside town eagerly chosen by tourists due to its wonderful character and location between Kołobrzeg and Dźwirzyn. Both towns offer many attractions. During your stay in our center, you can go to a beautiful sandy beach and additionally enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea rich in iodine and clean air. For active people, there is a seaside bicycle path along the seaside, the only such attraction in Poland. There are also restaurants, entertainment and shops here.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
