The completely new apartment complex is located in a quiet seaside settlement (Grzybowo), only 450 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. There are numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and shops around.
Modern 2-room apartments. Each with a balcony with garden furniture. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (shower, washing machine). There is WiFi internet. The apartments are year-round and have central heating.
The leisure complex consists of 3 residential buildings surrounded by a recreational garden.
Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The perfect location allows direct and quick access to the wonderful and wide beach. Just 100 meters from the apartment complex there is the longest bicycle path in Poland (R-10), which you can easily and pleasantly visit the neighboring resorts by bike: Kolobrzeg, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
Grzybowo is a seaside town eagerly chosen by tourists due to its wonderful character and location between Kołobrzeg and Dźwirzyno. Both places offer many attractions. During your stay in our resort, you can go to the beautiful sandy beach enjoying the wonderful sea water and clean air rich in iodine. For active people, there is a seaside bicycle path along the seaside belt. There are quite a few restaurants, cafes and shops in the area.
For those who need more attractions, you can go to the neighboring Kołobrzeg, where you can visit the seaport, take a walk on the pier or the seaside promenade. Kołobrzeg is a city teeming with life with a rich offer of cultural and entertainment events, numerous concerts and outdoor attractions. You can get to Kołobrzeg by regular public transport, by bike or by car.
Dźwirzyno, adjacent to Grzybowo on the west side, is also a seaside town. It is characterized by a calmer atmosphere. It is worth visiting this settlement because of the Resko lake, where you can spend time actively, renting various types of swimming equipment. The main attraction on the lake is windsurfing due to the shallow state of the lake and the favorable wind. Dzwirzyno is also a fishing port, where you can not only buy fresh fish just from the cutter, but also try many fish dishes in the local fishing taverns.
After the whole day, you can return to the quiet offered by Grzybowo and relax in our atmospheric recreation complex.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
