In the immediate vicinity of the charming bank of the Parsęta River, an intimate holiday resort has been prepared, in a quiet, peaceful area, within a few steps to the center of the resort and all the attractions it offers. It is only 650 m to the beautiful, wide, seaside beach. In the immediate vicinity there is a marina where you can rent a rowing boat, motor boat or yacht. It is also close to the fish market, where you can buy fresh fish straight from the cutter.
A comfortable, very spacious apartment (up to 138 m2 of living space) offers accommodation for 10 people. The apartment consists of a living room with a table with chairs, TV, video game console, connected to a large and well-equipped kitchen. There are also 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers (one of them also has a washing machine) and a separate toilet. The apartment has a covered terrace with a set of garden furniture and deckchairs. There is a small playground with a trampoline. Wireless internet is available.
In the fenced, safe and well-maintained area of ​​the facility, there is also a sauna in a separate building (included in the price of the stay). There is also a large parking lot and a nice barbecue gazebo with barbecue facilities and a smokehouse. From the property there is a direct exit to the river bank, where you can relax on deckchairs or relax while fishing.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, sauna, final cleaning, internet, parking, baby cot and high chair (prior notification required).
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes, in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, the aquarium, the seaport, the cathedral.
Attractions in the area: for families with children, we recommend visiting the Pomerania Fun Park amusement park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (approx. 15 km from Kołobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a mini zoo and many other attractions. In Kołobrzeg, it is also worth going to an Indian village, where you can get acquainted with the regions of the cultures of the indigenous inhabitants of North America.
Within 400 m from the resort there is a marina where you can rent water equipment. Approx. 800 m to the Milenium sports complex, which offers an indoor swimming pool with attractions and tennis courts. There is also a canoe rental at the river bank (Parseta).
The international R-10 bicycle route runs through the resort, which makes it easy and pleasant to explore the neighboring towns by bike: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
