This brand new villa for 6 people is located in this beautiful location, right on the shore of the Veerse Meer. From your villa you can enjoy all water activities. Yachts, sailboats and windsurfers cross each other. But it is also a place that breathes tranquility, where you can start the day relaxed and be enchanted by a beautiful sunset in the evening after a day on the lake or after a wonderful day at the beach.

The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with direct access to the garden and equipped with double beds. Two bedrooms have a television. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower, bathroom furniture and a toilet. From the entrance you can also reach the toilet and the storage room. Via the staircase in the hall you go to the first floor.

On the first floor you will find the spacious and light-flooded living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped: such as a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and Nespresso and filter coffee machine. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and dryer.

The attractive living room has a comfortable interior with a flat screen TV (extra foreign channels) and a Sonos sound system. Through the sliding doors / patio doors you enter the roof terrace with panoramic views of the lake. In the morning you can wake up here to the silence of the lake and then have breakfast with the whole family in the sun. A wonderful start to your holiday. In the garden you will also find 2 sunbeds.

There is a parking space for 2 cars on site. There is also a carport for your water sports equipment or bicycles and a charging station for electric cars. This villa is pet-free.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
