This nice holiday home, which has been furnished with great care, is located in the middle part of the quiet and green park "De Toekomst". The park is a nice starting point and starting point for walks and bike rides in all directions from Goeree Overflakkee and it is a 10-minute bike ride from the beaches. The owners have worked hard to have the house ready in time for the 2022 summer season. You can already enjoy this cozy modern furnished holiday home this summer. From the bright house with a large sofa you step through the patio doors into the garden, where you can then sink into the comfortable lounge set. The new open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal. At the round table it is nice to eat or have a nice dinner. From the living room you walk into the bedroom, where a lovely double bed with 2 mattresses of 80 x 200 is ready for a good night's sleep. If you don't want to sleep right away, you can also watch a movie here. The bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor. Via an open staircase you reach the upper floor where the cozy second bedroom with a double bed with a double stopper of 180 x 200 is located. In the sheltered garden, with lots of privacy, you can enjoy yourself until the late hours. You can enjoy an aperitif at the garden table under the parasol. Or would you rather sink into one of the two loungers with a good book? For sports enthusiasts, there is a large punching bag under the oak tree. There is also a gas BBQ where you can prepare delicious dishes. One thing is certain, you will experience the ultimate holiday feeling here. Listen to the song of the birds and experience pure nature and tranquility. -only for rent/bookable for tourist purposes and/or recreational use.

Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
