The vacation home is located at the edge of a green and spacious park and through a forest path in front of the door you walk straight to the water. The Oosterduinse Meer is a stone's throw away from the house (300 m) and a visit to the beach at the North Sea is also easy (3.3 km). You can play a round at the Noordwijk Golf Club (5 km) or at Landgoed Tespelduyn (3.5 km) and a walk through the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes (3.3 km) is also worthwhile. Discover the versatile surroundings by bike! Of course the beach is close by, but Noordwijk and Noordwijkerhout are also nice villages and in spring the beauty of the flowering bulb fields is unique. of the flowering bulb fields is unique!
The Linnaeushof - the largest playground in Europe - is 11 km away!

Everything in the bungalow is ground floor and the house is modernly furnished. The living room is bright and cozy. In the sunny sheltered garden, a large palm tree is the absolute eye-catcher and you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The park has several playgrounds, a bocce court and even bike rental.

A new addition is the restaurant / conference center the Aviary where you can enjoy a snack and a drink in the restaurant or on the terrace overlooking the lake. Also, the new playground at the entrance to the park is open for having lots of fun for the kids.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
