This attractive boat is situated in Leyden. Ideal for a group, it can accommodate 30 guests and has 10 bedrooms. This unique boat makes the most perfect holiday for water lovers and comes with central heating and cozy living room.

The nearest restaurants are 1 km away. The local grocery store is just 1 km from the stay if you run out of your essentials. The sea lies at a distance of 15 km from the stay.

Central heating is installed to keep you comfortable inside. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed to stay in the boat for an extra cost of €10/stay. The boat has a cozy living room, modern kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms.

Public transport is at 500 m.

You can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out can be done from 9-10 AM.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

“For my wife "s 30th birthday, all of her firends, 25 of 'em, coming from Germany, Canada, Turkey and Belgium, Waited for her on the friday night. She got on the boat, so she WAS looking for a hotel for the 2 of us, put a foot on the deck, opened the door and when the light turned on, she saw all Their faces thesis beloved ones and started shouting and crying. Afterwards, it was just a wonderful night, eating, hanging around, and the facilities Helped a lot, the boat WAS much bigger than I expected, clean and comfortable. Leiden Then made the rest of it, nice city, nice restaurants (Especially De La Soul) and nice bars along the canals or hidden in the pedestrian tiny streets. Well, just a time than you can not forget, no matter what.”

“We have had a great weekend. The location is ideal. With 5 minutes walk you are at the edge of the city center and fifteen minutes in the heart. The boat I found actually surprisingly spacious inside. We were a party of 26 and had more than enough space. The living room with bar and large kitchen (both not on the picture) has a very cozy atmosphere. And last but not least, there are wonderful rain showers. This really is the ideal location for anyone with a large group in the center of a nice town wants to sit!”
