This comfortable, detached chalet is located at Résidence De Leuvert, in the middle of the woods and yet only 9 km from the pleasant city of Den Bosch.

The chalet is situated on the ground floor and is fully furnished. Many windows in the living room provide a wonderful bright atmosphere. In the open-plan kitchen, you will find, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with two single box-spring beds, which could be in a double setup. The second bedroom has two single beds or a bunkbed. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet.

Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. Here you will also find a lovely spa and a barrel sauna. Here you can relax in peace and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. There is parking for one car at the chalet.

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
