This luxurious, detached villa is located in the green holiday park Résidence Lichtenvoorde, in the pleasant area of the Achterhoek, at approx. 4.5 km from the historic village of Lichtenvoorde, 25 km east of the city of Doetinchem.

The villa covers two floors and is furnished in a modern, comfortable and complete way. On the ground floor, there is a living room with smart TV and a nice atmospheric fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a microwave. A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall complete the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find another five double bedrooms and a two bathrooms with shower. In one of the bathrooms, you will find a sun shower for some extra relaxation while showering. You have a separate toilet on the landing. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The villa has underfloor heating.

The true showpieces of this villa are outside. Here, you will find private wellness facilities: a sauna, a spa and an outdoor shower. Of course, you also have a nice garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa.

At holiday park Résidence Lichtenvoorde, various chalets and villas can be booked for four to fourteen people.

The park has indicated that it is a firework-free zone. Despite the fact that the park will do their utmost to enforce the prohibition on the lighting of fireworks, they cannot give a 100% guarantee that no actual fireworks will be lit on or in the direct vicinity of the park. Therefore, no rights may be derived from this indication.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
