This luxurious "beach villa" is usually located directly on the beautiful natural lake of the spacious holiday park Resort De Zanding. Surrounded by nature reserves, including De Hoge Veluwe National Park, which can be found 19 km northwest of the pleasant city of Arnhem. The small-scale center of Otterlo is only 1.5 km away, a 15-minute walk.

The beach villa exists in two versions: an orange brick villa with a tiled roof or a villa with a dark exterior in wood look with a zinc roof. Whatever you choose, you will always enjoy a bright living room with TV and an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. On the ground floor, there also is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms. The beds are single box spring beds, whether or not they are set up for 2 people.

Through the patio doors in the living room, you reach the lovely garden with terrace and garden furniture. From here, you have a beautiful view over the water. There is parking for one car behind the villa.

At Resort De Zanding, various holiday homes, chalets, villas and tiny houses can be booked for two to twenty people.

Resort De Zanding is a holiday park in development. This means that (construction) work can take place in parts of the holiday park. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
