This holiday home is within walking distance of the Sneekermeer, where you can enjoy the beach or one of the terraces on the water. The Sneekermeer is a popular area for water sports enthusiasts. There is a wide choice of water sports facilities on and around the lake, such as a speedboat course, supping, boat rental and there are several marinas. But also next to all water facilities, Sneek is a beautiful city to visit.

The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible via a staircase. In the living room, next to the flat screen television, there is a cozy sitting area with a two-seater sofa and one separate armchair. The dining area between the kitchen and sitting area offers plenty of space to eat, have a drink or play a game. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, combi-microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), kettle, toaster and both a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. The bedroom is separated from the living room by two stylish French doors and has a double bed (160x200cm). ). In addition, there is a second bedroom on the loft with two separate single beds (80x210cm), which can also be placed against each other. All rooms have blackout window coverings. In the loft there is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron in the separate storage room. The modern bathroom is accessible from the living room/kitchen and is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer. The balcony with a nice lounge set is located on the west (12 m2) and can be reached through the sliding doors in the living room and the bedroom. For the little ones there is a high chair and a foldable baby bath (60x120cm) and free wifi is available throughout the accommodation.

The apartment is located in a quiet nature reserve, but has plenty of fun activities within reach. The ideal balance between a quiet and an active holiday.

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
