The beautiful surroundings, peaceful ambience and proximity to the Wadden Sea, make it a unique and special holiday destination. The cottage is a great base for exploring the area, whether you're into hiking, biking, or watersports, the area has something for everyone. The cottage is within walking and cycling distance of the Waddenzeedijk, where you can enjoy great views of Schiermonnikoog and Ameland. The village of Paesens is a picturesque village with authentic fishermen's houses, a museum and the Wadden Sea. The village center is within walking distance of the cottage, and watersports can be enjoyed just 120 m away.

The cottage is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped, featuring a spacious living room with an open kitchen, bathroom, large veranda, and garden on the south. The cottage is surrounded by nature and wildlife, with birds, deer, and all kinds of other animals residing in your front yard. The cottage also has a charging point for electric cars. The home has access to free WiFi throughout the property, so you can enjoy unlimited wireless streaming.

Please indicate when making the booking how many guests will come and note that people older than 13 years old have to pay 1,50€ tourist tax p.p. x night. However, no gourmet, BBQ and or campfire is allowed.


Beach towels are not included
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 23 years of age are not permitted
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
