Ideal for families and friends travelling together, there is a shared swimming pool where you can relax and take a refreshing dip in the sunny summers.Stock up your kitchen essentials from the grocery store 2.5 km away. You can play a game of tennis 2 km away with your pals. The kitchen has amenities for all your cooking needs including a coffee machine for a hot cuppa in the morning. The heating facility keeps you warm and cosy indoors. Relish your favourite beverage in the well-manicured garden amid conversations. Prepare a barbecue meal and enjoy it with your pals. In your leisure time, there is a table tennis table and play equipment for enjoyment. A cot and high chair are available upon request.

Note: Any check-in taking place late (after 10 pm), there should be an extra charge. Regarding the restaurant, a reservation is necessary for us (usually by 12 pm): this could also be done via email or SMS, especially on Saturdays when we have apartment turnovers.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
