This beautiful holiday home with shared pool is located in a villa from the 1960s in a hilly area near Sassetta at 500 meters above sea level.

There are three apartments in the villa. This apartment is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with all amenities. The cozy eat-in kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare a delicious Tuscan meal here. Enjoy the sun and a good book outside, or take a refreshing dip in the pool that you share with the other guests.

Shops and a restaurant can be found in Sassetta, one kilometer away. For a day of sun, sea and sand, drive to Marina Castagneto Carducci, 12 kilometers away. There is also an exceptional botanical garden that belongs to the owner. This garden is only accessible to guests and is definitely worth a visit. A visit to the magnificent cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto is also recommended.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
