This holiday home is located in Poppi, Tuscany. The house has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for a family. The house has a (heated) swimming pool and a fenced garden, which you share with the neighbours. It is situated on an estate in the Casentino valley.

This valley lies near Arezzo: a place where every first weekend of the month a nice antique market is held. On the other side of the valley is Florence, which is about 90 minutes by car and a nice day trip. The area is also good for walking and cycling.

At the end of the day you can store your bicycles in the bicycle shed and there is a 3.7 kW charging station for electric cars (only accessible with Shell-Recharge, MTC-Shell Recharge, XXImo Mobility Pass and TravelCard Combipass). From the private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue you have a view of the castle that belongs to the town of Poppi.

If you want to go out for the day by public transport, it is easy to do so. Both the bus stop and the train station are 3 km from the house. The nearest airport is 65 km from the property.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
