This luxurious flat is located on the ground floor of a large, recently built modern villa in the residential area of the small village of Belvedere Fogliense.

The La Luna flat has direct access to the garden surrounding the villa. From the main door you enter the living area that has a comfortable sofa, TV, a large kitchen with breakfast counter and dining table. The two sleeping areas are separate; in one there is a large suite with a double bedroom, in suite bubble bath, relaxation area with armchairs and en suite bathroom with shower, while in the other sleeping area there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside a private gazebo and garden furniture allow you to eat and relax outdoors.

The property is located in the municipality of Tavullia, a few steps from the village of Belvedere Fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, takeaways, etc. ...

About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. On a cultural level, Urbino is worth a visit at 17 km and Pesaro at 23 km with its lively promenade and beautiful golden sandy beaches.

At your disposal there is an outdoor shower in the pool area, with sunbeds, umbrella and chairs reserved.

It is possible to request a cot and high chair free of charge.

Public transport is about 3 km away in Mondaino or 8 km away in Montecchio.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
