Beautiful and stylish detached villa, part of a country estate with pool. The estate is situated on a hill and offers stunning views of the surrounding area. The villa is furnished with furniture that matches the style of the villa. It is located next to the main building of the estate, next to the lawn and the pool. This villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends given its size (each bedroom has its own bathroom). In the house you will find a billiard table, and there is also a small football pitch on the estate. The large pool (shared with the main building) and the surrounding lawn can be reached via a path that leads uphill through hydrangeas.

The entire estate covers approximately 85 hectares of land that was formerly used as a vineyard. Now this is a wonderful environment to enjoy your vacation and the view. Even the dome of St. Peter's Church can be seen on a clear day. The villa is also a short distance from Lake Bracciano (about 10 minutes by car), Lake Martignano and only about 60 minutes from Rome (by car, but you can also take the train from Manziana train station at about 1km ). You can spend unforgettable holidays in this atmospheric, elegant villa.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
