The property is inherited from generation to generation, it's part of an ancient castle and Mrs Marinelli Inherited a portion of the property, which has been totally renovated by her in 2013.

The aim was to preserve the uniqueness of the house, giving guests a comfortable experience. Behind the house, there is a story that sinks its roots in the past, and that creates a bond with the whole castle and village. Medieval history, and link to the nobility of the past, mark this property for a journey through time in the silent and picturesque atmosphere of Petrella Guidi.

- This elegant, cozy apartment is equipped with great convenience and comfort. It was renovated in 2013 while maintaining its original, authentic character.
- The property is in a unique location, in a rock face, which is why it was named "Grotta". This medieval work of art is ideal for a couple looking for peace and quiet.
- The location alone, at the top of the hill near the valley of Montefeltro and San Marino, make this residence very unique and extremely popular both nationally and internationally. The view from the Old Tower (the highest point of Petrella) is not to be missed. Moreover, Petrella Guidi is an ideal starting point for nice trips in the area.
- In an orchard nearby, owned by the homeowner, you can pick your own fruit for daily use.
- Small (or medium-sized) pets are welcome.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
