The renovation works gave the house a touch of modern and antique that lives together, preserving the colours of the mediterranean atmosphere in the inside of the houses. The lemon trees, the overflow pool, together with its central and isolated position, contribute to the charm of the villa.

Despite being in a central location of Positano and full of points of interest, just go down 50 steps to find yourself in a new environment, total relaxation, oasis of peace in a charming setting that deserves, enjoy the panoramic view, that of the villa, with trees, birds and natural charm. The staircase is typical for Positano, as it is a vertical town, and this also contributes to the charm of the villa.

- This luxury villa is located in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, in the most exclusive part of Italy.
- The villa features an infinity pool with sea views, a fenced garden and air conditioning. The playful combination of authenticity with modern comforts give this residence a romantic, unique feel.
- Villa Positano is located on one of the most beautiful coastlines in Italy. Positano is situated against a mountainside with many white houses in oriental style, between the sky and the sea. It is 200 m away from the Spiaggia Grande beach and 700 m from the Spiaggia del Fornillo beach. The center of the "vertical city" Positano is reached by a beautiful route down a characteristic staircase through nature.
- The villa is fully restored and located in a picturesque area, close to the town of Positano. The furnishings are in a modern style and there is a terrace with breathtaking views over the sea and to the private pool.
- The infinity pool is heated from October to March, so even in winter you can swim outside. The interior is reminiscent of the colors of Positano and you'll find lemon groves in the garden.
- There is check-in/out service available.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
