“House is in very poor condition, damp areas are therefore bad for health, outdoor furniture is falling apart, pergola tarpaulin is broken on all sides and is half hanging over it, swimming pool installation is turned off and cables hanging from the cupboard appear to be burnt out, mattresses in every rooms are super dirty and stink of piss, lamps don't work here and there, kitchen cabinets are stuck with a screw, other kitchen cabinets are almost falling due to misery, everything was dirty in the kitchen when we arrived, mold stains everywhere in the house due to the poor indoor climate, super bad for our health, we had 6 children with us, 1 of whom had asthma and he was not doing well, we tried to call Belvilla from the day of our arrival and had 22 employees on the phone in total, but no one helped us to find an emergency room, I was on the phone for 3 days and then decided to leave with all the consequences that entails, paying for new accommodation, disappointed children, etc. etc. Belvilla is the worst party I have ever had to deal with, poor Dutch speaking people on the line, having to tell everything again and again because you always get someone else on the line, promises to call back but don't, promises with solutions on email but don't do it, the seriousness of the situation explained again and again, photos sent to the SOS service but no one responds. Belvilla is a really worthless company, I'm going to file a complaint. It must be said that our host who had been managing the villa for just two weeks tried to help us in every way, but also kept running into the cumbersome Belvilla device. People really, don't rent this villa!!! Beautiful views but poorly accessible and definitely in need of replacement. Moreover, the climate in the villa is appalling.”

“Beautiful huge house with fantastic pool. Large, nice fridge/freezer with ice cubes. Aircon in all rooms. Great location/view, good possibility to park 2 cars on or below the property - BUT just missing the finishing touches to justify the high rent. Bottom step of the main staircase fallen down, The doors to the cordoned off/secured pool area are hanging or malfunctioning, the one aircon in the living room did not work, the stove malfunctioned/LEDs burned out, the hood is hung incorrectly so you bang your head into it, the oven the HPFI relay trips during the grill function, the double bed on the 1st floor creaks and bangs, the door to the same room cannot close, the outdoor grill is rusty and worn, you get bitten by small mosquitoes when you stay outside in the morning and evening, wasps are also a nuisance , the baby bed provided was without a mattress, the one adult bed had been forgotten to be supplied with sheets, the corner sofa in the living room covered with old carpets as it was worn and old. Suggestion: Cooler bag and ice blocks are provided”

“The large and once luxurious villa is in poor condition. Entrance gate broken, garden furniture desolate, television not possible, clothes dryer disgusting with dust.
