The luxurious villa is on the outskirts of the village Oupia with a magnificent view over the vineyards of the Minervois and is perfect for friends and families. The property has a private swimming pool, a landscaped garden, and a roofed terrace for you to relax and bask in the sun. The house is equipped with a Sonos sound system that can be operated via the Sonos app found on playstore.

Shop for groceries from the supermarkets, 2 km away, where you can also dine-out at the restaurants and enjoy a drink at the bar. It is also the spot for the fun farmers' weekly market. The famous Canal du Midi and the Lac de Jouares are located at 3 km from the villa.

The house has a Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine and Senseo. There is also a bread maker, kettle and mixer available
You can even enjoy a game in the boules court and extend conversations over a barbecue on the terrace. Parties and/or loud music outside are not allowed.

Carcassonne Airport is only 24.3 km away.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
