The large garden house directly borders the coastal path opposite it . You can install your deckchair there, directly on the water, and watch the tumult of the sailboats. The slightly elevated private terrace invites you to enjoy pleasant meals alfresco or to relax and stroll. The attractively planted garden, like all rooms in the house, offers magnificent views of the coastal landscape, which constantly rhythm of the tides. The very tastefully furnished holiday home with many works of art is spread over several levels and furnished with great attention to detail. In the well-equipped kitchen, the owner was a well-known star chef, you will certainly enjoy preparing delicious fish and seafood dishes yourself. You can buy fresh oysters right next door and there is a good restaurant at nearby if you prefer to be pampered. Nearby activities: Take advantage of the mild climate, Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful sandy beaches. Choose between the waves of the open Atlantic and the shallow waters of the Gulf of Morbihan. Marinas and fishing ports, small family seaside resorts and typical Breton hamlets dominate the landscape. Many attractive excursion destinations are nearby: the Breton town of Auray with the picturesque port of Saint Goustan, the regional capital Vannes or the lively seaside resort of Carnac, which is also known for its impressive standing stones and dolmens. Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
