The small building, tastefully renovated with premium comfort, is located on a mansion with a total of three residential units. More than 3,000 square meters of the 5,000 m large, beautiful park are at your private disposal. Between exotic plants, massifs of flowers and fruit trees there are many cozy corners for sunbathing and browsing. The icing on the cake: a small pavilion with hammocks to relax all to yourself! The property is in a rural setting, 8 km from the small towns of Briec and Chateaulin. In twenty minutes by car you can reach the coast with its long beaches. An ideal, quiet location in the triangle between the Crozon Peninsula with the Armorika Regional Park and the Bay of Douarnenez with the popular seaside resorts of Pentrez, St. Nic and Treboul. There are many attractive excursion destinations in southern Finistere in the vicinity. Among other things, we recommend a detour to the former sardine port of Douarnenez with its numerous pubs and specialty restaurants. On the way, don't miss the medieval village of Locronan, classified among the most beautiful villages in France and the setting for numerous films.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
