This very pretty duplex apartment, completely renovated in 2022, is located in the heart of the town of Plougasnou, in the bay of Morlaix, just 1 km from a beautiful beach. You have private access to this accommodation, which extends from the 1st to the 2nd floor of a commercial building. Here you will find very good comfort and a pleasant setting to discover the magnificent north coast of Brittany. Ideal for a short stay in any season or, why not, for telecommuting in vacation country. Starting from the village square, where your building is located, you will walk down in a few minutes to the beach of Saint-Jean-du-Doigt, other magnificent beaches are located all around, at the eastern end of the bay. from Morlaix and are spread over more than 17 km of coastline. In addition to wide sandy beaches, supervised in summer, there are also small protected coves. The GR 34 hiking trail, which goes around the bay of Morlaix , is particularly appreciated by nature lovers and hikers. Many viewpoints allow you to admire Fort du Taureau, the Callot and Louet islands as well as several islets for the protection of birds. The town of Plougasnou is ideally located on the border between the departments of Finistère and Côtes d'Armor. On the west side, there are lovely excursions to be made to the small characterful town of Roscoff, and on the east side, you can reach the magnificent Côte de Granit Rose in just 40 minutes by car.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
