Activities :
The coastline is still very much in its natural state and offers an ever-changing panorama at the rhythm of the tides. White sandy beaches lure bathers, bizarre rock formations invite climbing and at low tide beach fishermen and shell collectors fill their nets. Especially popular with nature lovers and hikers is the designated hiking trail GR 34, which leads around the bay of Morlaix. From many vantage points you can admire the Taureau fortress, the Callot and Louet islands and several bird sanctuaries. A nearby attraction is the megalithic site of Barnenez, which is older than the Egyptian pyramids. A trip to the harbour and spa town of Roscoff or to the neighbouring town of Morlaix with its unique architecture offers a change of scenery. To the east, the popular pink granite coast can be reached in just over half an hour by car.
