VERT Apartment is located in a small place called Rubeši Villa Princess twelve km away from city Rijeka. It takes just twenty min driving to the center of Rijeka.
It is a two bedroom apartment with a spacious outdoor space which include a grass terrain with outdoor dining area. It is a quiet place to have a break with your family or friends.
This private property is pet friendly and it offers an air-conditioned unit with free WiFi. It offers a private parking which reservation is not required. Smoking is allowed only outside.

This lovely one-unit apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five persons. It provides a spacious terrace with ourdoor dining area and a garden. If features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as cable flat screen TV with a CD player. Living room comes with sofa and sitting area. It is a two-bedroom apartment which provides a closet and a bed linen with extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen is equipted with a dining area and a refrigerator, an oven, water kettle. If you want to spend your vacation in a peaceful environment, far from the city crowds and also be well connected with the center of Rijeka town, this is an ideal place for spending your vacation. In the neighbourhood you will find various restaurants, bars and shops. The closest restaurant is 400 m away from the apartment. Mostly you can walk around the beautiful nature and landscapes of Gorski Kotar. Beach is 2 km away if you want to swim in the clean Adriatic sea, 5 min by car. Airport is 24 km away. The closest bus stop is 500 m away. Opatija is 5 minutes away by car.

A nearest bus station is around 500 m away. It takes 20 min driving to the center of Rijeka which is 12 km away while Rijeka Airport is 24 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
