This holiday home is in the countryside region of Tinjan in Central Istria. The holiday home can accommodate 6 people in 2 spacious bedrooms. It is a lovely place to vacation with friends and family.



The region has a lot of history to offer when it comes to food and culture. Tinjan is the municipality of Istrian smoked and there are numerous local producers who carry on the tradition. The distinctive stone dry walls and pools are also symbolic of the location.



The holiday home has a swimming pool with loungers, parasols and garden furniture around. The terrace has a barbecue area. The ground floor has both the bedrooms and a bathroom.



The town center of Tinjan is 10 M away and general supplies is 500 M away. The tennis court, beach and town center of Porec are 20 KM away. The nearest airport is the Pula Airport and it is at a distance of 56 KM.



A mandatory security deposit of € 150 in cash must be paid on arrival. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed and it costs € 50 per pet for the stay.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
