Apartments & Rooms Cina are located just above the small city Cavtat. From the apartment to the center is only 8 minutes of walk downhill. A great place to spend an enjoyable time is the vivid Cavtat Promenade with many cafe bars, restaurants, plenty of beaches with water sports, shops, grocery stores, bakeries, and pharmacies. There are frequent ferries going from the port to the Old Town of Dubrovnik as well as a bus going every half hour. The closest beach is 250 m from the property. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is 21 km away. The nearest bus stop is within 180 meters range of the property.

The room features free Wi-Fi, flat-screen cable TV, and air conditioning. The private bathroom comes with a shower. There is a laundry service with an additional charge. You can park your vehicles free of cost without reservation. Also, your four-legged furry friends are welcome here for an additional charge. Ironing facilities, a baby cot, and a hair dryer are available upon request. You can also use a shared kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals.

Dubrovnik Airport is 6 km away, while Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 23 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
