Apartments Lucija are self catering accommodation located in Dubrovnik. Property features three accommodation units.

One-bedroom apartment will provide You with a furnished terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation. It features free WiFi, air-conditioning and TV, kitchenette with dining area, living room with sofa bed and a private bathroom with shower. The bedroom comes with a double bed, while kitchenette contains refrigerator, water kettle and coffee machine.
Washing machine, ironing facilities and hairdryer are also at guests' disposal.

Guests can enjoy their staying on terrace with outdoor furniture.

Apartments Lucija are situated on Babin Kuk Peninsula, only 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach and with many more in the surrounding area, and 10 minutes ride to the Old Town. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a beautiful sea side promenade are a 5-minute walk away. Bank and ATMs, grocery store and bakery are in 700 meters range. This location offers a lot of opportunities to relax, since guests can reach various lovely places in couple of minutes walk.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
