About the holiday home

Far away from the madness of city crowd, this peaceful villa in Glavina Donja offers 5 bedrooms for 11 people. Ideal for a large family or group, the villa has a private swimming pool where you can swim while soaking in the views and barbecue facility to enjoy cooking meal in natural surroundings.

Satiate your taste buds by eating at restaurants at 100 m. You can get your daily supplies at the supermarket 400 m away. There is a river at 200 m and a lake at 1 km, where you can go for picnics. A day trip to the sea, 30 km away can also be made.

Chit-chat with your friends on the private roofed terrace, while watching the kids play in the private garden. Parking facility is on-site. Bicycles are also available if you want to go out and explore the area. There is a recreation room with table tennis table and darts, billiards, table soccer, pinball so that you dont get bored, when indoors. Also, not far from the swimming pool, there is a private multipurpose playground where you can recreate and enjoy badminton, 3x3 basketball or cagebal

Nearest Airport is at 100 km.

A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

“Fantastic villa in the countryside. Lots to do at the villa, such as swimming pool, BBQ, table tennis, pool table, etc., etc. You do need a car for shopping and excursions. Also regular farmer noises, such as roosters and dogs barking in the background.”

“This house really meets all expectations! Put your clothes in a suitcase, fill your toiletry bag and go! You will lack nothing. On arrival you can first grab a drink from the fridge with a snack. you unpack your suitcase and go to one of the supermarkets nearby to do some shopping. Then your holiday can begin! super nice area where you stay and a lot of nice things nearby. Are you going to fly or rent a car! you really need it. There are bicycles in the garage, but you only use them if you have real climbing legs. In and around the house you can enjoy yourself with swimming, pool, table tennis and table football. there is also a concrete sports field where you can play basketball, football and badminton. If you want to relax, you can chill in the jacuzzi! Really had a top holiday. Oh yes and if there is something or you want to know something, you only have to app to the owner and in no time you will have a response that is really useful to you. Don't hesitate and book this stay.”

“We have been renting villas in Italy and France for 10 years but this house in Croatia was the nicest and cleanest of all. The view and the facilities are really fantastic. We enjoyed the great hospitality of the owner. If we needed anything, he arranged it immediately. On arrival the fridge was stocked with drinks and local products. In the evening of the arrival he provided a delicious Croatian meal. That is only welcome and hospitality. Outside the house there are also plenty of things to do in the area. We recommend rafting on the Cetina river and the beach at Punta Rata (Brela beach). In short, a super holiday in a lovely house and where we felt very welcome. We have been renting villas in Italy and France for 10 years but this house in Croatia was the nicest and cleanest of them all. The view and facilities are really fantastic. “Our vacation at Villa in Excelsis started with a warm welcome by the owner of the house. No need to go shopping as the fridge was already foreseen with the necessary food and drinks. At our request (before arrival) a resto was reserved so that we had a relaxed arrival. Also during our stay the owner stayed at our disposal for all questions. The house was more than OK. Bedrooms and bathrooms were foreseen with the necessary things like nice sheets, towels, soap,… The infinity pool is well maintained. The environment very calm and the view from the terrace is marvelous. There was more than enough parking space. The pictures on the site are 100% representative. Shopping places in the vicinity (Konzum - Lidl - local store -…). So the be short: it couldn't be better !!”

“Fantaaaaaaaaastically beautiful villa !! 😍😍 You really lack nothing, super clean, everything brand new. Nice swimming pool with a super view !! Incredibly sweet hospitable fam. Zdilar who do everything to make you feel at home 👌👌🤗Welcome package was ready, fridge partly filled! Shampoo, washing-up liquid, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, you name it, everything was already available. Beautiful surroundings! Canoeing is a must, (sailing on crystal clear water! When you're done, you call and you will be picked up by a van) sits opposite hotel Zdilar at the bottom of the hill, which you can see from the villa. You do need a car but everything is in terms of shops within 5 minutes from the villa (including Lidl and small shopping center), center city of Imotski about 12 minutes. Pharmacy / doctor 6min. Eating out are Euphoria and Pizzeria Antonio highly recommended! Very cheap and friendly staff! In short, had a great holiday that we will enjoy for a long time. There is really nothing to complain about. Was 1000% enjoy! We are already looking forward to the next time! Fam Bos, Assen”

“The owner personally picked us up at an agreed location and brought us to the villa. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. A welcome gift was waiting for us with something to eat and drink. The fridge was also filled with everything. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, new and very clean. The pool and garden with surroundings and views in one word amazing. The owners are so incredibly lovely people and can always be reached. Everything you need (washing-up liquid, washing pods, iron, vacuum cleaner etc.) Present. Supermarkets can be found nearby. In the village a top restaurant called: Euphoria. Good prices, modern, delicious food and welcoming.We look back on a top vacation here and recommend this villa to everyone.Car is a must!”

“It was a good journey. However, the Navi does not know that you have to drive up a mountain. After we called the landlord, he picked us up personally. A gift basket was on the table, in the fridge were still small surprises. Detergent, Spüli, tabs for the dishwasher were available. The house is very nice! Everything was very clean and new! As the photos promise. The landlord is always available and very hard. The environment is fantastic. Surrounded by mountains you can switch off, enjoy the view and the tranquility! Everything is easy to reach by car. There are shopping possibilities in the immediate vicinity.”
