The modern, comfortable and pleasant furnished apartments in Residence Westende are available in four different types, for 4, 5 or 7 people. They're spread out over the three floors of the building.

There's a 4-person apartment (BE-8434-32). This type has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is a balcony with garden furniture.

There also is a 5-person apartment (BE-8434-33). This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping corner with a 3-person bunk bed. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. You'll have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture at your disposal.

Finally there are 7-person apartments. There's the BE-8434-34 with one bedroom with a double bed, a walkthrough bedroom with a 3-person bunk bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The BE-8434-35 is just as big as the -34, but has two bedrooms with a double bed and a sleeping corner for three people. There's no sleeping accommodation in the living room in this apartment and that's quite comfortable. Both apartments feature a bathroom with a shower in the bathtub and a toilet. There is a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.

All apartments are comfortable and feature a pleasant living room with flat screen TV; there's an open kitchen with dishwasher. Your car can be parked in the shared, central parking (for a fee).

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
