Welcome to this haven of peace where your children can run and play freely! The comfortable and cozy chalet is located in the middle of a forest in a holiday park near Somme-Leuze. A great place for families to relax and explore the area.

The medieval town of Durbuy, which attracts thousands of tourists every year, is only 15 minutes away by car. Children and adults can have lots of fun in Adventure Valley Durbuy or go on hikes or bike rides. Liège, the charming metropolis on the Meuse, provides more hustle and bustle in about 1 hour by car.

The bungalow is modern and fully equipped, from hairdryer to electric heaters, WiFi and a TV with ChromeCast, everything is there. In the kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals. The kitchen also features a combi-microwave which can also be used as an oven. You only need to bring your own bed, bath and kitchen linen. Pets, smoking in the chalet and lighting candles are not allowed. Parking is available nearby.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
