Les Thermes Oppidum is a luxurious family retreat for up to 5 people (but a maximum of 2 adults) with a total surface area of 370 m2, offering you an exclusive setting in a private estate situated in the heart of the countryside on the heights of the historic town of Theux in the Ardennes, with an extraordinary 360° view of the Fagnes.

It is spread over 2 levels.
On the 1st floor, La Suite (150m2) is a living space, a loft in a warm, rustic style with infrared sauna cabin, large jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, living room with pellet stove, TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, free Wi-Fi throughout, 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and cot and the second with 2 double beds.

On the ground floor, Les Thermes (220m2) with heated swimming pool at 28° (12m x 7m), professional hammam, sun loungers and an outdoor area with private garden, barbecue, table and chairs, sun loungers, large garden furniture, children's play area with slide and swing.

All this is entirely private and you have private access to all the facilities throughout your stay.

Parties are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

About Belgium

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
