This vintage holiday home is in Schwarzenberg, Bregenzerwald. It comes with 4 spacious bedrooms. The property accomodates up to 16 persons with the famous ski area Bregenzerwald nearby. You can go skiing, hiking in the hills, or enjoy the mountain view from the terrace or the garden.

There are multiple ski lifts nearby, the nearest is in just 50 m.The restaurants are at a convenient distance of just 2 km while the general supplies can be found in the next 3 km. The public pool is in 9 km.

With such a convenient location and facilities, the home is ideal for big groups of friends. Enjoy skiing, relax in the garden, or go for a dip in the pool.

The cozy home by the ski area is definitely a unique option for a group friends vacation. Both town center and bank are in just 2 km.

Extra information:
-Due to the strict environmental laws, a service fee of 20 euros will be charged, for which you will receive 2 garbage bags from the municipality for the residual waste. If you need more, you can buy them on site from the owner.
- The mattresses are made, but in general overnight stays are only possible with your own sleeping bag (no sleeping bag is provided). You can also bring your own bedclothes, bedclothes per bed are to be paid extra on site at €5.00. The complete bed linen rental must be requested in writing one week before arrival. An additional €15.00 per bed has to be paid on site.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
