Country house Menardi is peacefully located close to the center of Seefeld in Tirol, which lies 23 km northwest of Innsbruck. Completely renovated, comfortable and modern, this home comes with wifi to let you work remotely.

Town Centre, Restaurants lie closeby to get groceries, supplies and meals. Gschwandtkopf Ski Resort is 2 km away to try out the snowy slopes and a pumped adrenaline. Wildsee(lake) awaits you nearby as well, and has some beautiful sights and an amazing experience for you.

With garden and garden furniture on the ground floor, you can soak some sun here. Parking allows to take a road-trip till here or rent a car to go around easily. Heating will keep the temperature inside controlled and pleasant. Sauna will help you refresh and feels like a warm hug.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
