Eisenerz has many interesting tourist attractions like Erzberg Mine, one of Europe’s largest iron ore mine, Leopoldsteinersee for enjoying outdoor activities at this scenic lake, 10 km from town, Mount Hochblaser perfect for Hiking located 15 km away, and many more.

The apartment features 2 cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with 2 single beds, ensuring a restful stay for everyone. Refresh in the modern bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, offering cutlery, cookware, an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. A small starter set, including a dishwasher tab, dishwashing detergent, sponge, garbage bag, cleaning, and tea towel, will be ready for you upon arrival. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy your favorite shows on satellite TV. For added convenience, a kettle and hairdryer can be borrowed free of charge at the reception, subject to availability. Dog-friendly upon request and for a fee, your four-legged friend is welcome to join you at the Erzberg Alpin Resort and make themselves at home.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
