There are several ski areas in the region, ski-out from the accommodation and slopes for both beginners and advanced students.There is Zell Am See lake only a few minutes drive away to offer you some solitude and lets you enjoy long walks and some time for introspection and contemplation.

The accommodation has a wellness area in which you can relax after a long day on slopes. There is a bio sauna a steam bath, a solarium, a relaxation room, a massage room and a toddler pool. For the larger children there is a football and basketball court and a outside climbing wall (from May to October).There is even a crib (paid) for the convenience of young parents and infants. There is also parking provided to keep your cars safe and scratch free. The open kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and preparing scrumptious homecooked meals and the home has access to free WiFi throughout the property, so you can enjoy unlimited wireless streaming. Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
