This 2-bedroom apartment in Niedernsill is near the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area. It can host a family or group of 4 and comes with a central heating facility. There is a ski storage to keep your skiing equipment safe and snow free.



Ski lovers can spend a day on the slopes of Kaprun and Zell am See ski area. Activities like hiking, mountain biking, and golfing are popular here. You can visit the nearby Hohe Tauern National Park, the famous waterfalls of Krimml, and the reservoirs of Kaprun. Supermarket and restaurants are at 200 m.



The central heating is perfect for cold evenings. You can cook comfortably from the spacious kitchen or relax indoors watching TV in the living room. There is table tennis for your entertainment while kids can have fun in the furnished garden with the swing set. You can enjoy the views from the balcony before you go to bed.



Guests can check-in between 3 – 6 PM and check-out between 8 – 10 AM.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
