This beautiful, modern apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in a holiday home in Feistritz ob Bleiburg in Carinthia, near Lake Klopeiner, surrounded by greenery and offers a great view of the surrounding area.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor of the house there is a relaxation area with an infrared sauna. The house also offers a garden and a garage.

Feistritz ob Bleiburg belongs to the Völkermarkt district in Carinthia, the region near the Slovenian border offers mainly nature and mountains. The MTB Bike Park Petzen and the Petzen / Feistritz ob Bleiburg ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes, a perfect ski area for beginners, snowboarders and recreational skiers, are only 5 minutes away by car. The Pirkdorfer See in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home offers plenty of bathing fun, or the Klopeiner See in summer, just 20 minutes away by car from the holiday home.

There are sufficient shopping opportunities for daily needs directly in the town or in Völkermarkt.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
